About Me...
For over 20 years I have joyously grown in the field of education. This rewarding profession has allowed me to reach, inspire and educate people from kindergarten to adulthood. My educational experience has been extremely rewarding, I have been a teacher, instructional specialist, curriculum leader, and an administrative program supervisor for curriculum and instruction. In addition, I have been the proud recipient of The Teacher of The Year Award in 2009. I have written and designed curriculum; facilitated Professional Learning Communities and Teams; established and maintained partnerships with colleges and universities to develop dual enrollment programs for high school students; and more recently, facilitated an Educational Think Tank Screening on educational challenges in America. I currently serve as an Instructional Coach in Van Buren. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications; Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction; and Educational Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision.
Resources are an essential necessity that make lessons and learning more streamlined and meaningful. By providing useful resources and instructional strategies for teachers to utilize in their classroom, it makes daily instruction more enjoyable. Targeted resources allow teachers the opportunity to utilize what will work best for their students needs.

Professional DevelopmentProfessional Development can come in a myriad of ways. I offer Mini-PD's and Working-workshops that don't consume a lot of teachers time, in fact, it can be scheduled before, during, or after school or prep periods. I also, provide several links for virtual professional development specific to the needs of the class and/or school.
